Medical Coverage

Savings Plan 401(k)
with 100% contribution match of 6% up to $6,000 per year after one year of service. All employer contributions are fully vested after 3 years of service.
Eight Sick and Four Personal Days
for when life happens. Sick days carry over to the next year and an attendance bonus is awarded for those who have not used more than four sick and personal days combined.
Career Development
through intentional Professional Development, ongoing coaching and feedback, support through Grand Valley State University with a 50% scholarship in the Master of Education and Education Specialist programs for up to 12 credits per academic year.
